What up people. It's been a minute since I've been on my Xanga.

I've been trying to get back into shape lately at our new BNB "Self Defense & Workout Class" led by Mo. I always wanted to learn some Karate skills, plus it's a great work out. Hope you can join us one day Wednesdays at 5PM and Saturdays at 3PM.

I had a great time at the Holy Hip-Hop Conference Flava Fest in Tampa FL. Held at Urban D's Hip Hop Church CROSSOVER in Tampa. About 1000 people showed up from all over the country and overseas (Spain, England & Japan) We did a few songs for them and everyone showed mad love. What up people, I've been holding it down lately as poker champ. Chang took my belt at JASMINE'S party but I'm bout to take it back tonight. We are having a farewell dinner for Dan Shin and then we going to get our poker game on. Me CHANG, NATILIE AND DAN.

The other night I had to shut down Alex, Daniel and Chang in a poker match it felt good to win.

TANISHA and I had to hold it down for BNB on Saturday we rapped and sang on the CONEY ISLAND boardwalk. There were mad people out there including a drunk man that Chang took a pic of.

 biking through God's beautiful green earth is what I love to do to relax and just enjoy life. Biked home from work at 2 in the morning the other day. Yep that's why they call me Crazy Craig lol.

WOw this weekend waz zeee bomb. I'm mean ATOMIC BOMB. Lot's of Hateration and Celebration going on at the same time. You will always have hatters people so remember pick up your CROSS and follow Christ. We can't please everybody on earth and neither did JESUS CHRIST remember that.

Getting back to the celebration. I want to 1st thank God for saving my Sister's Soul she was so inpired by the MINISTRY of BNB that she wants to Join BNB and New Life Fellowship, she went to CHURCH the next day with my sister Sharon and Gave her HEART TO JESUS!!!!!! AMEN  I'm going to give her a welcome home party.

Big shout out to everyone who helped to make the BNB dinner a success. Big thanks to Jesus, Ps. Pete, My Wify Zoe, Jackie for Fresh Direct food. BNB Angelz, BNB Dancers, Rebel, Heesun and Tanisha, MONTANA wit the CRAZZZY CRazy BEATZZ can't name everyone so don't get mad if your names not here. Jesus will always be the 1st and the LAST the begining and the end.

Went to do a concert at Rutgers University Me and Heesun tore up the stage with our "tag team partners" R.E.S.E.T who were break dancing for Christ. Real cool brothers and sisters in Christ.Thank GOd for them. Look like about 1000 college students were there. Gave out some BNB CD's

THank God I got 2 BNB DVD's done. Mad hours working in the studio till 4 am in the morning. Thanks to all the people who understands the hard work I put into it and didn't sweat me about not seeing themself in it. THere's only one BRIGHT and Morning STAR in BNB and that's JESUS CHRIST remember that.
